Handcrafted soft curd cheese made in the true Italian style by monks at a local monastery in the heart of Bangalore. 

Our bocconcini come as classically plain or marinated in olive oil, rosemary, chilli flakes and sea salt. The marinated oil lends a great flavour to the cheese and can be used as a dressing for pasta like Spaghetti Aglio e olio or a dressing for salads.
