Our Korean styled kimchi is made following the traditional recipe of yore. Made using napa cabbage and authentic gochugaru, our kimchi is long fermented for a month to develop gut-friendly Lacto bacteria. Health benefits aside, this crunchy and umami loaded condiment satiates your sour soul like no lemon (no pun).
Our Kimchi pairs well with dumplings, rice noodles or to have it as is. Ingredients: Napa Cabbage, Gochugaru, Fish Sauce, Shrimp Paste, Garlic, Ginger, Sugar.
