Local Ferment Co is a micro-brewery & kitchen making all things probiotic! Our beverages are brewed with thoughtfully selected & locally sourced fruits, spices and herbs.

    An Italian style whey cheese made using A2 milk. Sily, creamy & luxurious, this cheese is great on hot sourdough toasts with honey or fruit compote.

    The San Francisco style sourdough is flour, water, salt, and active cultures. 80% whole wheat, fermented for two days. Blistered crust and moist interior. Also available is a seeded loaf with Sunflower, Melon & Sesame seeds

    The classic french baguette, made using the poolish technique. Crusty on the outside and soft in the inside.

  • Sourdough Bagels

    These Montreal style bagels are boiled, double-coated in classic crunchy sesame seeds, and carefully baked for just the right amount of chew.
