RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We at Local Ferment Co. take utmost care into making sure your product reaches you safely in the best condition possible. However, in the unforeseen situation you receive your product in a damaged condition or damaged in transit, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning your Order ID. Following which if necessary, refunds/exchanges will be initiated within 7 business days. You may also reach out to us directly via call.
Local Ferment Co. acknowledges return of products only limited to direct sale between vendor and consumer. This only entails sale online, and not through retail outlets.
Any product that has been hampered or damaged while transportation MUST be notified by email within 48 hours of the product being delivered and returned to our warehouse within a strict time period of one week, else Local Ferment Co. will not be liable to accept the product. We will investigate the damage from our end and replace the product, where required.
ALL couriers of this nature will be borne by the customer themselves. Local Ferment Co. will only bear the expenses of the transaction after the replacement of the product, if necessary.
CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
In case of unavailability of item(s), Local Ferment Co. may cancel your order & generate the refund for the paid amount. You may reach out to email@example.com incase the refund has not been initiated within 24hrs post cancellation.
Please note, apart from the above reason no cancellation or refunds will be allowed or permitted once the order has been placed.
