Ingredients:

• LFC Asian Medley Shrub - 45ml
• Dark Rum - 60ml
• Kaffir lime leaves - 2-3 
• Lemon juice - 5ml

Preparation

1. Muddle the kaffir lime leaves in a cocktail shaker.
2. Add lemon juice, Asian Medley Shrub, & Dark Rum to the shaker.
3. Add 2-3 ice cubes & shake it well until it is chilled.
4. Strain it into a burgundy or wine goblet glass.
5. Garnish with a fresh kaffir lime leaf.
