Flavour profile - Tart | Sour 

Ingredients:

• LFC Raspberry, Ginger & Mint Jun - to top off
• Gin (we used Beefeater) - 60ml
• Angostura bitter/Bab Louie Aromatic Bitters - 2 drops

Preparation:

1. Pour the gin in chilled burgundy or wine goblet glass and top it off with the Raspberry, Ginger & Mint Jun.
2. Add 2-3 cubes of ice, stir and chill the drink.
3. Add a dash of Angostura bitters/Bab Louie Aromatic bitters and garnish it with dried orange wheel.
