But it's more that just remarkable, hand-picked shrimp.
Sandwiched between fluffy, cotton-like Shokupan (milkbread) hotdog & layered with rich burnt garlic-infused Japanese mayo & housemade sweet chili sauce, it’s a lunchtime indulgence that's beyond compare. A dallop of slow-pickled veggies & Aged Cheddar goes a long way to add some freshness & complexity to the otherwise understated sando.
What unfolds is a dish that looks as humble & dainty as a tea sandwich but delivers all the intense meaty joy reminiscent of LFC's signature sandwiches ;)
